Having refolded the flower portion for another project, I suddenly realized I had this model (from a year ago) sitting in a box, having never been photographed. I suppose I'll just stick it here.

The model is composed of 4 sheets of paper (computer paper squares that came in many colors), folded into the flower, calyx, stem, and leaves. The calyx was pretty much a bird base with a twist-squash. The stem is literally just paper rolled into a tube. Lastly, this set of leaves was a quick improvised piece back from when I had much less experience designing.
